Royal Marines and Royal Navy

THE HAMILTON PROJECT supports those from the Royal Marines, and those who leave the Naval Services due to medical reasons, undergoing resettlement and transition into civilian life wishing to set up in business.

During the pilot phase THE HAMILTON PROJECT team were able to support 15 Royal Marine service leavers who were planning or thinking about starting a business. Enquiries to participate in the project continue demonstrating the need for the business support that the project provides.

Service-leavers can join THE HAMILTON PROJECT at any point during the resettlement lead-in time through to resettlement. THE HAMILTON PROJECT team also wishes to support early service-leavers. All participants from the Naval Services are referred by Dave Gardner, Royal Marines Resettlement Information Officer (RMRIO) and are entitled to the three levels of business support provided by THE HAMILTON PROJECT team.
